Delivery costs are not included unless otherwise stated. Starting July 1, 2025, Colorado Dept. of Revenue will impose a "Retail Delivery Fee" of $0.28 per sale that is delivered. Foothills Stone Supply is not responsible for breakage during shipping. Stone is sold in "as is" condition with no warranty expressed or implied. Stone is a natural product and is subject to a variation in color and cleft. Prices above are for the full range of color and cleft. Foothills Stone Supply makes no representation as to the suitability of any product for any given application. Consult a qualified professional to determine the suitability of material for specific applications. Once an order is placed, 100% of quoted price will be charged for all partial work or completed pieces. All special, custom and engraved orders must be prepaid in full, or the requested deposit paid before the order is entered into the production schedule. Foothills Stone Supply reserves the right to apply a 1.5% finance charge per month (annual rate of 18%) on unpaid balances outside terms as stated.

Boulder/ Stone Setting:

Setting charges are based on 15 minutes per stone. Any additional time will be charged at current labor rates. Stone is a natural product and may contain unseen and/ or seen fissures or cracks that may worsen when setting.
